Responsibilities

Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
Support and mentor branch team; execute partner sales and marketing initiatives and provide training and coaching.
Deliver exceptional client engagement and education using available tools and systems.
Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee and client risks; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Oversee talent management activities including employment, performance evaluations, training, and succession planning.
