Job summary

Graybar in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Branch Administrator to handle administrative and clerical duties and assist with local service issues. You will complete job lot billing, scan and fax orders and quotations, and provide proofs of delivery as needed.

You will process credits and deductions, investigate LIV workflows, coordinate generation and clearing of daily/weekly/monthly reports, and support inventory closing and record maintenance.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year experience required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer credits and deductions and investigate/track their causes; investigate LIV workflows, and coordinate generation and clearing of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Approve and key daily transactions including returns to suppliers, returns from customers, miscellaneous billings and credits.
  • Implement and participate in Quality Improvement Teams to limit rework and streamline administrative functions.
  • File documents and mail, maintain tax certificate files, back up receptionist and manage company records.
  • Participate in annual inventory and closing work; review and approve reports; suggest corrective actions.
