Job summary

Baird in Minnetonka is seeking a Branch Administrative Supervisor (BAS) to lead advanced administrative support for the Branch Management Team, help supervise branch staff, and coordinate onboarding, training and ongoing communication.

The BAS will plan and direct the branch's administrative work, develop procedures, and complete special projects, with understanding of Client Specialist functions. Strong organizational and tech skills are essential, including MS Office and PWM tools.

Qualifications

• Must have SIE, Series 7, 63/65 or 66 licenses or be able to obtain licenses within 1 year.
• 3+ years of industry experience as a registered client specialist or comparable role preferred.
• Strong technology aptitude with the ability to adopt AI-enabled solutions, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, training and development of branch support staff.
• Plan and direct branch administrative work and develop procedures.
• Schedule staff, manage time off and ensure adequate branch coverage.
• Resolve issues and communicate policies to staff as needed.
• Support Branch Manager and Financial Advisors with goal alignment and updates.
