Salary is commensurate with skill set, experience, and operational leadership competency. The position is eligible for commissions based on individual and company performance.

This role oversees branches within the current territory (CA, OR, NV) and reports to the SVP—Branch Accounts, responsible for overall performance and results.

Job Overview :

This position manages the company’s portfolio of Banking, ATM, and Retail accounts, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Branch Accounts.

Accountabilities :
  1. Retain and grow the assigned book of business.
  2. Manage client requests promptly and effectively.
  3. Serve as the liaison between clients and Loomis branches.
  4. Plan, schedule, and conduct client reviews.
  5. Proactively meet with clients to ensure superior service.
  6. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  7. Respond to RFPs and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. Collaborate with operations to develop competitive proposals and present Loomis solutions to potential clients.
  8. Support rate increase initiatives.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Primary Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration preferred.
  • At least 5 years of sales and account management experience.
  • Knowledge of Loomis systems (Go Green, SOFI, Synergy, Glory).
  • Understanding of branch operations.
  • P&L experience is advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
