Innovative Pest Solutions is seeking a full-time Branch 2 Pest Control Technician to protect commercial and residential properties in the San Fernando Valley, CA. You will perform bed bug removals and heat treatments, while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

This role includes a company vehicle with a fuel card, paid training/licensing support, and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates hold a California Branch 2 license and can work the day shift across SoCal.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined/heated environments.

Responsibilities

• Performing thorough, safe, compliant, and high-quality residential and commercial removal and treatment services.
• Closely following all industry regulations and company procedures.
• Removing bed bugs and structural pests through effective heat treatments.
• Documenting completed services and creating digital reports.
• Treating clients/property managers respectfully and delivering professional customer service.
• Keeping the work vehicle neat and equipment in good condition.

Innovative Pest Solutions is hiring a full-time Branch 2 Pest Control Technician to help protect commercial and residential properties throughout San Fernando Valley, CA. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a drive to solve problems, as you'll be hunting down and removing bed bugs (and other pests) from the properties. • Ability to serve locations throughout SoCal
