Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Bremerton, WA. You will install and service brake systems, suspensions, alignments, and related components, while providing excellent customer service.

Duties include battery testing, wheel work, TPMS recalibration, and offsite service as needed. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, alignment, suspension, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies; rebalancing wheels.
• Replacing, rebuilding or recalibrating TPMS components; using tools and equipment; assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles; operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service; delivering excellent customer service.
