Responsibilities

• Read and understand procedures and work instructions for the position.
• Perform first piece, in-process, and final audit inspections in the Semac department.
• Compare material with part prints and engineering standards to ensure specifications.
• Fill out inspection records and tag nonconforming material.
• Report findings to QA Supervisor and Semac Dept. Manager/Supervisor.
• Provide support for PPAP, process capability, and gage studies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety postings.
