Hendrickson in Medina, NY is seeking a Quality Inspector for the Semac department. You will perform first piece, in-process, and final audits to ensure products meet dimensional and workmanship standards.

Responsibilities include reading part prints, using measuring tools, and reporting nonconforming material. The role requires good math skills, the ability to follow procedures, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and engineering specifications.
• Good communication and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final audit inspection.
• Compare material to prints and engineering specs for conformance.
• Fill out inspection records and check sheets.
• Identify nonconforming material and tag accordingly.
• Provide troubleshooting support to manufacturing and engineering.
• Assist in training and provide QA support across shifts.
