Cadrex is seeking an experienced Brake Press Setup professional in Dresser, WI. The role focuses on setting up and operating Amada brake presses to meet blueprints and work orders, ensuring quality parts through precise measurements.

You will install tooling, adjust controls, and troubleshoot while collaborating with a team to optimize production. A strong safety mindset is essential for this hands-on manufacturing position.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amada Brake Press Setup.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Understand various metal types and properties.
• Accurately use precision measuring tools.
• CNC controls familiarity is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake presses per specs.
• Read blueprints, bend maps, and work orders for materials and machine settings.
• Install appropriate tooling for each job.
