This second-shift role requires reading blueprints, setting up tooling, and performing first-article checks to ensure tight tolerances. You will work in a 5S environment, collaborating with teammates to improve processes and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC brake presses to meet tight tolerances and bend specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to plan bend sequences and tooling layouts.
• Execute first-article verification and ongoing quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Diagnose forming issues, adjust parameters, and perform light maintenance to sustain uptime.
• Collaborate with team members to refine processes, reduce setup time, and boost productivity.
• Champion safety practices and maintain an orderly, 5S-friendly workspace.
