Qualifications

• 1+ years of brake press or metalworking experience.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and bend specifications.
• Select and install the appropriate tooling for each job.
• Form sheet metal parts to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Make machine adjustments to maintain quality throughout production.
• Document production and inspection results accurately.
• Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Participate in continuous-improvement efforts.
