AtWork Personnel in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator for day shifts. You will set up, operate, and monitor brake press machines, reading blueprints and following production specs to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of brake press experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays as needed and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year brake press operating experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to use measuring tools accurately.
• Experience setting up and operating brake press machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press machines safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints and follow production specifications.
• Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality production.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
