Job summary

AtWork Personnel in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator for a Monday–Friday, day shift role. Starting pay is $21–$22 per hour with weekly pay. The position is on-site and involves setup, operation, and quality inspection of CNC brake press machinery.

You will read blueprints, set tooling and bend sequences, load materials, monitor operations, and ensure parts meet specifications with precision. A strong safety mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of CNC machine operating experience, preferably with press brake equipment.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC press brake machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Ability to accurately use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to inspect parts and verify measurements to specifications.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC brake press machines safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints and determine proper machine settings, tooling, and bend sequences.
• Load materials and operate machinery according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
