Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring Brake Press Operators for a local manufacturer in Wisconsin. You will set up and operate Cincinnati hydraulic CNC press brakes and punch presses, read blueprints, and verify part dimensions.

Compensation includes $20.00–$26.49 per hour, with a $2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred; HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Background in metal forming, fabrication, hydraulic/punch presses preferred.
• Basic press brake setup/operation knowledge is a plus.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Ability to measure with precision tools (calipers/micrometers).
• Solid math skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cincinnati hydraulic CNC press brakes and punch presses.
• Select tooling based on job requirements and setup docs.
• Load and install tooling with assistance as needed.
• Read blueprints and production specs; verify dimensions.
• Measure parts to ensure quality and compliance.
• Complete work to production and quality standards.
