The Village Companies – MCL Industries Division in Pulaski, Wisconsin is seeking a Brake Press Operator to form sheet metal and support production with quality and safety in mind. This role requires blueprint literacy, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 25–75 lbs as needed.

Hours are Monday–Thursday, 2:00pm–Midnight with a base pay of $24.00–$28.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift premium. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a team that values collaboration

Formación

• High School Diploma is required.
• Press brake experience is required.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Computer skills and basic manufacturing knowledge.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to change.
• Able to lift and move materials.
• Basic use of inspection tooling (tape measures, calipers, etc).
• Good math skills.
• Knowledge of different material types.

Responsabilidades

• Form substrates of sheet metal using brake press and validate parts to specifications.
• Read blueprints, perform inspections, and package parts for shipment.
• Operate forklift and support material handling within the area.
• Support safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with teammates and follow company policies and procedures.
