Sustainable Staffing Inc. is hiring a Press Operator in Waukesha, WI to operate a 2000 ton brake press and inspect finished parts, ensuring quality and efficiency on the third shift.

The requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of brake press experience, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits are offered after 30 days, with a 3rd shift Sun-Thu 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. and a $3/hr differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year brake press experience required.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with bump forming and heavy plate forming is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up forming dies, operate 2000 ton brake press and tooling per standards.
• Install, align, and lock punches, dies, cutting blades or fixtures in machines.
• Produce metal work pieces to spec and inspect with calipers and micrometers.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain housekeeping.
