Job summary

Key Personnel in Holland, MI is seeking a Brake Press Operator on second shift. The ideal candidate will operate a brake press, load and unload parts, and follow blueprints and process instructions to produce components for assembly operations.

The role requires prior brake press experience, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds (occasionally 75), and ability to pass drug and background checks; some flexibility for case-by-case consideration of non-violent felonies.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a brake press.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Familiar with calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators and scales.
• Able to consistently lift or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
• Case by case consideration for non-violent felony records older than seven years.

Responsibilities

• Operate a brake press and produce parts for assembly operations.
• Load, operate and unload parts.
• Input information into CNC controller and adjust per process control instructions and blueprints.
• Perform machine calibrations, cleaning, and quality control evaluations and adjustments as needed.
