Qualifications

• Minimum two years of press brake operation experience.
• Experience with setup, tooling, and troubleshooting of brake press machinery.
• Background in manufacturing or production environment.
• Must demonstrate willingness to obtain overhead crane permit.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Set up tooling in the brake press to meet job specifications.
• Load parts into the brake press and ensure proper alignment.
• Operate the press according to specifications and requirements.
• Follow policies, procedures, external regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per 5S standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
