Doherty Staffing Solutions in Faribault, MN is hiring Brake Press Operators to set up, load and operate press brake machines, read engineering drawings, and inspect metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll work a 1st shift, Monday–Friday, on a temp-to-hire basis with weekly pay. Must have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Epicor is used for production records.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing or machine operation
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Able to read, write, and understand English work instructions
• Previous brake press experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate brake press machines to bend and form sheet metal components
• Load materials and tooling and ensure proper machine calibration
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify quality
• Monitor production, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and maintain workflow
• Record production data and complete required documentation in Epicor
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
