Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced machine operator to join our production team. You will operate and set up diverse machinery, follow SOPs, monitor processes and perform quality checks to ensure output meets specifications.

This role also involves basic maintenance, meticulous documentation of production metrics, and mentoring entry-level operators, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Machine operation or related field certification is a plus.
