We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator at our HMF Express Atlanta, GA facility.

Schedule:

• 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities include:

• Setup and operate computer-controlled brake press machines.
• Plan and layout bending sequences based on drawings, blueprints, or specifications.
• Bend various products or assemblies of small to medium weight following standard procedures.
• Request assistance for large or heavy sheet metal blanks.
• Set up various types of metal for forming operations.
• Ensure all parts are bent within close tolerances.
• Align, fit, and adjust parts to meet operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and rework pieces that fail tests.
• Assist engineering in modifications, parts substitution, and repairs.
• Perform minor maintenance procedures as needed.
• Coordinate orders on carts by ship date.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Day shift availability
• Proficiency in English
• US work authorization
• Manufacturing experience: 1 year (preferred)
