We are searching for an experienced Brake Press Operator at our HMF Express Atlanta, GA facility.

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate computer programmable/controlled brake press machines.
• Must be able to plan and layout bending sequence, referring to drawings, blueprints, or specifications.
• Bend a variety of products or assemblies of small, light to average weight following standard procedures.
• Request assistance on large or heavy sheet metal blanks.
• Setup up various types of metal in performing operations in forming.
• All parts must be bent to close tolerances.
• Requires aligning, fitting, and adjusting parts to meet operating requirements of unit.
• Troubleshoot and rework pieces that fail tests.
• Assist Engineering personnel in the modification, parts substitution, and repair.
• May perform minor maintenance procedures.
• Coordinates orders on carts by ship date.
