Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Utah. This role handles brake, alignment, and suspension service and installation, tests batteries, and performs wheel work with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

You will drive company service vehicles for offsite tasks and emergencies, providing top-tier service throughout the day. The position emphasizes customer care, teamwork, and adherence to company policies, with on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly; frequent bending and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
