Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake, alignment, and suspension components, and to provide exceptional customer service. The role involves testing and calibrating TPMS, handling tires, and assisting with offsite road service as needed.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional up to 75 pounds.
Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate company service vehicles.

Responsibilities

Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering parts.
Test and install batteries, remount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, calibrate TPMS components.
Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to others as needed.
Assist other technicians and drive service vehicles for offsite or emergency road calls.
