Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Sartell, Minnesota, is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will perform tire mounting/dismounting, TPMS work, battery testing, and related tasks while ensuring high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves lifting and bending regularly, with on-site duties at our Minnesota locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components.
• Test driving vehicles and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
