Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Rialto, CA is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, test drive vehicles, and assist with offsite road service as needed.

This role requires a valid driver's license, excellent customer service, and the stamina to lift up to 75 pounds, with frequent bending and standing. On-the-job training is provided. Full-time roles include benefits after eligibility, including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment systems and components.
• Test drive vehicles and assist with offsite road services as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues when appropriate.
