Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brakes, alignment, and suspension systems at our on-site locations. You will test drive vehicles, assist with tire services, and perform offsite road-service duties as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Lifting and physical tasks are required as part of daily duties, and a comprehensive benefits package is

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, power steering parts and components; test batteries; dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; calibrate TPMS components; use tools and assist other employees; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/road services

Job Description

Brake & Alignment Technician Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components; using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.


• Provides excellent customer service; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

Experience

$14.85 - $23.15 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
