Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components with a focus on safety and customer service. Responsibilities include TPM recalibration, battery testing, and tire work performed on-site, with support for emergency road service as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension components, alignment, drivetrain and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools and assist other technicians.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/roadside service.
