Job summary

Les Schwab in Eugene, OR is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, suspension components, and related systems. You will test drive vehicles, perform tire work, and assist with offsite and emergency road service while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, and work at a rapid pace. On-the-job training is provided; full-time positions include benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, drive train, and steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite and emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
