Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Center in Sandy, Oregon is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension systems. You will test drive, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components while delivering strong customer service.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $16.50–$26.45 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a company retirement plan, paid time off, and tuition assistance. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite/roadside emergency service as needed.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Assist other technicians and operate service vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to colleagues when appropriate.
