Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians to service and install brake, alignment, suspension, and TPMS components, test drive vehicles, and assist with offsite road service.

You will need a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; on-the-job training is provided.

The role involves lifting up to 75 pounds, using hand tools, and collaborating with teammates to deliver reliable service.

• Able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite road services.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and replace or recalibrate TPMS components.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues as needed.
