Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is looking for a Brake & Alignment Technician in Denver, CO. You will service brake systems, suspensions, alignments, and TPMS components, while delivering outstanding customer service and following company policies.

The role includes tire work, battery tests, and occasional offsite assistance. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift regularly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
testing and installing batteries.
dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components.
using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
assisting other employees.
test driving vehicles.
operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
Provides excellent customer service; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

Brake & Alignment Technician Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components;
testing and installing batteries;
dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components;
using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools;
assisting other employees;
test driving vehicles;
and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.;
Provides excellent customer service; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

Experience:

Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, and provides on-the job training for Brake & Alignment Technicians.

Pay and Benefits:
