Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to perform service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension components, while delivering outstanding customer service and following company policies. Responsibilities include testing batteries, mounting/dismounting tires, rebalancing wheels, TPMS work, test driving, and operating service vehicles for offsite duties.

On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Job Description: Brake & Alignment Technician

Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components.

Pay and Benefits
