Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Aberdeen, SD. The role covers installation and service of brake, suspension, and alignment systems, with focus on safety, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will perform battery testing, TPMS work, tire mounting/rebalancing, and drive on-site or emergency road service as needed. A valid license and strong customer service are required, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting, reaching and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, suspension, and drivetrain parts.
• Testing and installing batteries; wheel/tire service and TPMS calbration.
• Assisting other employees and test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
