Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians in the Seattle area. The role involves installing and servicing brake systems, suspensions, alignments, drive trains, and power steering components, as well as testing batteries and handling tires and TPMS calibration.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment; lifting requirements apply and on-the-job training is provided by Les Schwab.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, occasional up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS.
• Operate service equipment and hand tools.
• Assist other team members and drive service vehicles for offsite work.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues.
