Stanford University seeks a Life Science Research Professional 2/Lab Manager to perform basic functions and activities involved in defined research projects, and independently conduct and analyze experiments.

The role supports immune-based therapies against brain tumors and gliomas, emphasizing laboratory operations and data analysis within a multidisciplinary team. This position is based on campus in Stanford, CA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of research and/or lab management experience preferable.
• Experience with use and maintenance of confocal microscope desirable.
• Experience working with rodents, particularly colony maintenance and behavior testing
• Experience with tissue culture, basic molecular biology and cell biology techniques
