Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is hiring a Support Specialist for our Brain Injury program in Massachusetts. You will provide restorative support, helping adults with brain injuries develop skills and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, medication administration under MAP guidelines, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Part-time weekend/evening shifts available; driving required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Experience with intellectually disabled or brain-injured adults preferred.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and ability to operate a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with activities of daily living, personal care, meal prep, and leisure.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene to promote independence.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations and report health concerns.
• Conduct routine housekeeping and ensure a safe environment.
