Job summary

Thrive Therapy of Kansas LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with brain injuries. You will help clients achieve independence by working on cognitive and behavioral skills, both in homes and community settings.

The role emphasizes empathy, data collection, and ethical interventions, with a focus on personalized, dignified care. The team values dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience required: 1+ year.
• RBT certification preferred.
• BI patients experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in psychology, social work, or counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with brain injuries in homes, community, or centers.
• Implement personalized care aligned with each individual’s goals.
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data.
• Apply strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive alternatives.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
• Foster a supportive environment promoting social and emotional growth.

Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to offer support to individuals with Brain Injuries. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve independence and self-sufficiency in their daily lives by working on cognitive and behavioral skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with Brain Injuries in their homes, in the community, or at our therapy centers.
• Implement personalized care to cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data
• Apply strategies to decrease maladaptive behaviors and promote positive alternatives, ensuring interventions are ethically and effectively implemented.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes social and emotional growth.

Experience
