Job summary

Thrive Therapy is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with brain injuries at home, in community settings, or therapy centers. You will implement personalized care plans, track progress, and help clients develop independence through cognitive and behavioral skills.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, strong empathy, and reliable transportation. Training is provided, flexible scheduling, and a focus on safety and ethical care.

Qualifications

• Empathy, active listening, motivational support and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational capability and strong interpersonal communication.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with Brain Injuries in homes, the community, or therapy centers.
• Implement personalized care to meet each client’s goals.
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data.
• Apply strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive alternatives.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages social and emotional growth.
