Job summary

Berkshire County Arc is seeking a Residential Supervisor in Westfield, MA. This exempt salaried role manages site staff and participates in hiring decisions, with a focus on delivering residential services aligned to Individual Service Plans.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with related experience and supervisory background; a driver’s license is required. Mon-Fri 40 hrs/wk, with health benefits and paid time off perks available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with three years’ related experience. At least two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Five years of supervisory experience in a residential setting may be applied in lieu of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• To directly supervise Site Managers
• To participate in hiring and other personnel actions affecting house staff
• Perform required assessments and provide input toward annual objectives. Participate in all Team meetings toward the development and evaluation of a Residential Service Plan/Individual Service Plan for each person in the residence.
• Ensure that all programming will conform to the goals and objectives outlined in the Residential Service Plans/Individual Service Plans.
