Job summary

Minds Matter in Topeka, KS is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead individualized brain injury rehabilitation programs in home and community settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and educate to maximize functional goals for each consumer.

You will supervise PTAs, coordinate with the care team, document outcomes, and participate in trainings, ensuring evidence-based practice and timely communication with families.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist in Kansas.
• Proficient in documenting and communicating treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with Kansas guidelines.
• Develop and implement specialized physical therapy and intervention programs.
• Educate families about brain injury and progress with goals and outcomes.
• Maintain timely and legible documentation of services provided to consumers.
