Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Kansas OTA license.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Proficiency in documenting client progress and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients under the Medicaid Brain Injury (BI) waiver with therapy services.
• Evaluate individual client needs within the scope of OTA responsibilities.
• Implement therapy services in alignment with the goals and care plans established by the supervisory Occupational Therapist.
• Continuously assess, monitor and provide feedback on treatment goals and progress to supervising OT.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all client treatments and ongoing needs.
• Complete all treatment documentation at the time of service.
• Accurately record therapy treatment by clocking in/out through AlayaCare App.
