Job summary

Brain Injury Alliance of New Mexico is seeking a compassionate, organized, full-time Brain Injury Information Specialist to support the New Mexico Brain Injury Resource Center program, helping individuals with brain injury and their families connect with resources, services, and support across the state.

Responsibilities include resource navigation, information/referral, community outreach, support group coordination, and data entry, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with brain injury is not required; comprehensive training provided.

Job description

The Brain Injury Alliance of New Mexico is seeking a compassionate, organized, full-time Brain Injury Information Specialist to support the New Mexico Brain Injury Resource Center program, helping individuals with brain injury and their families connect with resources, services, and support throughout New Mexico.

Other Information/Requirements:

Experience with brain injury is not required. We provide comprehensive training in brain injury, community resources, the Brain Injury Services Fund (BISF), and peer support group facilitation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a social work student, community health worker, peer support worker, care coordinator, recent graduate, or anyone interested in disability and human services.

Salary Range:

$19 - $20 per hour (DOE)
