Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is seeking a Director of Brain Health Strategy to lead cognitive resilience initiatives across our communities and services, translating research into practical programs for older adults.

You will partner with interdisciplinary teams, measure outcomes, and guide leadership on program performance with a focus on aging well and wellness. The role emphasizes collaboration with academia and healthcare partners to advance brain health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership of complex programs or initiatives.
• Ability to translate research into practical health programs.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and disciplines to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven approach to measure outcomes and guide decisions.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or wellness environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of brain health resilience and wellness initiatives across Otterbein SeniorLife.
• Translate emerging research and best practices into meaningful programs and experiences.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to implement, evaluate, and continually improve initiatives.
• Foster collaboration with academic, healthcare, community, and philanthropic partners.
• Establish measures of success and use data to evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support educational efforts that increase awareness of brain health and healthy aging.
• Represent Otterbein through community engagement and partnerships.
• Provide strategic guidance and updates to organizational leadership regarding program performance and opportunities.
