Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of initiatives across clinical and operational functions. You will manage a project management team, drive delivery, and ensure alignment with the organization’s yearly goals.

The role requires coordinating with Finance, HR, Marketing, and other departments while maintaining effective communication and reporting. The ideal candidate has at least five years of healthcare or business project management

Qualifications

• Five years of project management experience in healthcare or business.
• 1-3 years of experience managing or supervising others.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management team and foster professional development.
• Drive successful implementation of portfolio initiatives.
• Provide project direction and ensure alignment with goals.
• Regularly prioritize portfolio to allocate resources.
• Prepare status reports and updates with relevant information.
