Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have completed training as an Operations Associate–Entry

Responsibilities

• Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass‑produce medical device products.
• Assembles products according to SOPs and reads operation sheets.
• Maintains clean workstation and records manufacturing documentation accurately.
• Performs basic to semi‑complex quality inspections and first piece inspections as needed.
• Communicates problems to supervisor and participates in team activities.
