Job summary

Victoria’s Secret is seeking a Selling Associate to drive store sales and provide exceptional customer service. You will engage customers, guide bra fittings, and process transactions at the cash wrap with accuracy and efficiency.

As a Selling Associate, you’ll help maintain stock, participate in visual merchandising, and support promotions and store standards. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to be part of a leading retail brand.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional items
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room/stock to brand standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards for shelf availability
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards
• Maintains back room and under stock to enable replenishment
• Drives top line store sales through action and productivity
• Supports loyalty-building through our Rewards Program
• Maintains safety, housekeeping and loss prevention awareness
