Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a Selling Associate to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor, with a focus on bra fitting and product knowledge. You will engage customers, process transactions, and support replenishment to keep merchandise available on the floor.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a commitment to brand standards and loss prevention. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

• Maintains back room organization and ensures brand standards during replenishment.
• Executes floorset activity and maintains visual merchandising standards.
