Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Ability to provide bra fitting and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards and maintains floor readiness.
• Executes floorset activity and adheres to brand standards.
