Job summary

Dana-co LLC is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant/Bra Fit Expert to educate customers on the current assortment, launches, promotions, and events. You will support store associates, promote the brands, and help allocate prime floor space across accounts.

The ideal candidate has lingerie fitting experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and a track record in retail or wholesale for apparel. Some overnight travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Lingerie fitting experience is required.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking ability.
• 5+ years experience in retail or wholesale for apparel/brand.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.
• Strong presentation skills for in-person and virtual delivery.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, with initiative and enthusiasm.
• Proven customer service and merchandising capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers and sales associates on current assortment and launches.
• Build business with accounts, promoting brands and allocating prime floor space.
• Develop relationships with sales staff, managers, stylists, and visuals teams.
• Lead on-site events and contests for sales associates and customers.
• Merchandise floors and organize stockrooms to drive sales growth.
• Identify growth opportunities and negotiate space within accounts.
• Communicate visits and updates with managers and account executives.
• Must have car for travel within region.
